When certain people meet there is a connection from the beginning that somehow prederminated pulls you further.

This was the case when STK Engineering with its long history of high class software development and Christian Frantsich - CEO of KonigFrankstahl in Budapest at that time got to know each other.  ​

Right from the start they wanted to start a project together, but both being fully booked it took a while to really free up ressources, gather a great team and start something together. but not just anything - it had to be IMMERSTER.

STK Engineering was established

STK engineering, the company behind IMMERSTER was founded back in 2012 , backed by a great team of specialists in different areas. Before founding the company, we used to work as loose group together. Our skill set embraces from '70 technology like Cobol, Pl/1, JCL, DB2, to modern technologies like Java and a variety of web languages. What we provide is knowledge and experience in requirement engineering, software development (in a broad spectrum of technologies), project management, test coordination and support for productive systems. With this skills we have a proven track record in supporting our clients within their project setup on time-and-material basis. So far all the products remain customer property, but we provide long term support and further development.

We are proud to have successfully served the Austrian Ministry of Defence / Employment / Health /Agriculture as well as Bank Austria, Unicredit, Erste Bank - to name just a few - with our team of experts . Find below additional information on the different scopes. Austrian Ministry of Defense: Creation of a budget management system from the scratch to the productive system. Austrian Ministry of Health: Support and customization of the laboratory information management system Austrian Ministry of Agriculture: Developing a mobile version of the laboratory information management system (mobile APP) Bank Austria: We accompanied every fusion and migration the Bank Austria had in the last two decades. Our products from the year 2002 are still in use by the UniCredit who is the current owner of Bank Austria. For a period of years we were responsible for the entire foreign trade systems of the banking group. Our team still maintains the CEE(central and eastern Europe) part of the software landscape. ERSTE Bank: Our specialists are for the last 5 years responsible for the SWIFT systems of this banking group. Ministry of Employment: Back in 2007-2011 we supported the Austrian ministry of employment building a web platform for the communication between companies and the ministry. The platform is still in use today and our team is from 2017 till now responsible for the back-end of the platform and huge part of the business applications inside the ministry software landscape. Requirement, analysis, technical design, project management, development, testing and support for these applications is done by our teams. Therefor we work closely together with IBM and BRZ (federal data center in Vienna)
